A condition for purchasing on the website is that the buyer is 18 years of age or older. Viewing and using the website are subject to all the provisions of the terms and applicable law. The visitor/user of the website (hereinafter – "the User") confirms, by doing so, that they have read all the provisions of the terms (including its appendices), agree to them, and undertake to comply with all its provisions.

If you are under the age of 18 or are not legally permitted to perform legal actions without the approval of a guardian (hereinafter – "a Minor"), you must carefully read these terms together with a parent or another guardian and obtain their approval before performing any activity of any kind on the website. Any activity conducted by a Minor on the website constitutes their consent, as well as that of their parent or guardian (as applicable), to the provisions of these terms.

The supply of products purchased on the website is available within Israel. It is clarified that product deliveries will not be available for international shipping, the Gaza Strip, and/or areas under the control of the Palestinian Authority.

When making a transaction on the website, the user will be required to enter the following details in the registration interface: ID number, first name, last name, phone number, address, postal code, email address, and payment method details. Additional details may be required as specified on the website. The user confirms that the details provided are accurate, complete, and correct, and agrees that providing personal information during the order process is done voluntarily and with their consent.

If the details provided are incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete, The One and MC cannot guarantee order fulfillment. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all details entered are correct and fully recorded.

Payment for the transaction will be made by credit card only.

After placing the order, the credit card details will be verified with the appropriate credit card company. It is clarified that the transaction will only be completed upon receiving confirmation from the credit card company regarding the charge. If the transaction is not approved, a notification will be displayed on the website or sent via email. In such cases, the order will be considered as not having been placed.

The delivery times for the order will be counted from the date of transaction approval by the credit card company.

The user declares that by providing their email address, they consent to receiving notifications from The One and MC regarding order fulfillment, according to the details provided.

Product Supply via the Website
The One and MC will deliver the purchased products to the address in Israel specified by the user during the order process.

Delivery times will be up to 7 business days, starting from the date the credit card company approves the transaction. Orders placed after 14:00 will be considered as orders placed on the next business day for the purpose of calculating the delivery date.

The shipping fee will be charged to the credit card along with the payment for the products and will be non-refundable for any reason, except in cases where the transaction is canceled due to a defect, non-conformity, or if the order is canceled before the shipment has been processed.

The One and MC will not be responsible for any delay in delivery or non-delivery resulting from incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete details provided by the user, or if the details were not fully recorded in the system. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all entered details are correct and fully captured.

The One and MC will not be responsible for any delay or failure in delivery caused by force majeure and/or circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, work stoppages, and similar events.

Cancellation of transactions, returns, and exchanges of products purchased on the website will be allowed in accordance with and subject to all legal provisions, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter - "Consumer Protection Law"), and as outlined in this document.

It is clarified that all provisions in this document apply to products returned without damage and/or prior use.

Exchanges: Exchanges will be possible by returning the product to The One & MC at the address listed below within 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges will only be allowed upon presenting an original invoice, exchange voucher, or proof of purchase. Once the returned product is received in proper condition, the customer will receive store credit for purchasing an alternative product on the website.
No returns or exchanges will be allowed for products that were specially customized or made-to-order for the customer.
Cancellation of a purchase transaction made on the website is possible by submitting a cancellation request and refund request, as specified below, within 14 days from the purchase date.
Notwithstanding the above, a customer with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant (as defined by law) will be entitled to cancel the transaction within 4 months from the purchase date, in accordance with the applicable law.
Methods for Submitting a Cancellation Request
The customer may submit a cancellation notice using the following methods:

The cancellation request must include the full name and ID number of the customer.
Cancellation will not be possible for a product that was specially customized or made-to-order for the customer.
Transaction Cancellation Process
In the case of a valid cancellation according to this policy, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid (or the portion of the amount paid) within 14 days from the date the cancellation notice is received by the company. If the product has already been supplied, the refund will be processed after the actual return of the product. The refund will be made after deducting a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.

Customers must include the original invoice or exchange voucher in the package. Failure to do so may result in an inability to process the request.
Exception for defective or incorrect products: In the case of a cancellation due to a defect, non-compliance, delayed delivery, or any failure to fulfill the transaction terms, no cancellation fees will be charged.
Refunds for Promotional Products
Refunds for products purchased during a promotion will be issued based on the actual amount paid by the customer, considering any relative discount applied to the transaction. The refund will be subject to the promotion’s terms as published on the website.
In transactions where a discount or benefit was applied based on purchasing multiple products together, a refund will only be granted if all products linked to the benefit are returned.
For example, in a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" promotion, a refund will only be provided if both products are returned together.

The One & MC provides a warranty for the products it sells. The warranty periods are as follows:

The Company shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or expense incurred as a result of the user’s reliance on such information.

• It is hereby clarified that the use of any information, services, or products appearing on the Website is solely and entirely at the user’s own risk, and the Company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not bear any liability for any claim, demand, and/or lawsuit submitted by the user and/or any third party in connection therewith.

• The user undertakes that they shall have no claim, demand, and/or lawsuit of any kind, whether directly or indirectly, against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf in connection with any use of the information, services, or products appearing on the Website.

• All jewelry comes with a one-year warranty covering the plating and the clasp.

• The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. It is important to keep the receipt as proof of purchase in case it is needed.

• The warranty does not cover breakage, scratches on gemstones, or yellowing of pearls.
